Initially involved with sales reps for file reviews and emergency tarp job invoicing, she transitioned into the evolving company’s Accounts Receivables division. Collaborating with the COO, JoAnn pioneered “Operational A/R,” streamlining fund collection according to project production stages and contract terms. Her customer-facing role now extends to conducting end-of-job surveys, gathering data crucial for Epic’s ongoing improvement. JoAnn’s swift encouragement and deep appreciation for Epic’s company culture foster a sense of value, making her passionate about contributing to the betterment of the SWFL community through our work.
