I had a great experience with Epic Roofing. I needed a couple of roof vents installed for bathroom fan ventilation and they did a great job. The salesperson quoted me a fair price and the manager got me scheduled quickly.The day of the installation, the crew showed up on time, were respectful of my property, did the work quickly and to my satisfaction and cleaned up everything.Overall, I was very pleased.
This review is long overdue. We had our roof replaced in May of 2022. I was (still am) incredibly happy with the service and quality of the work provided. For background, I had originally contracted with a roofer who had been recommended by my realtor. We negotiated a contract in the fall with the understanding that work would not commence until the spring. I paid a very large deposit (1/3 of the price) and confirmed with that contractor that the pricing would hold true despite the 6 month lag time, regardless of whether materials costs increased. He assured me I was safe. Come springtime, he of course wanted to increase the price on me, despite his assurances and despite lack of language in the contract allowing him to increase. Here is where Epic comes in. My rep, Roddie., informed me that what the contractor had done was illegal by not obtaining permits within 30 days and commencing work within 90 days. He provided me with statutes in support which allowed me to return to the first contractor and retrieve my deposit. Then, Epic provided me a quote for a metal roof which came in below the (original) contracted amount from the first guy! I accepted and they came out within a month - this is not long after hurricane Ian, so demand was high and finding available roofers was hard to do! They had the roof removed and replaced within about a week. I say "about" because I know it thunder-stormed during that period and they had to wait and I had been worried about moisture but the tar paper was down and all was well. Also during that time, my rep had a family emergency and had to travel north but STILL was always available to communicate with me.The takeaway to all of this is that Epic is reputable and does a very respectable job. They even sent us some drone footage of the final product so we could admire from all angles. The roof is so solid and looks so good that all of our neighbors suddenly wanted to install metal rooves and so did people building houses up and down our road.So, I apologize to Epic for the very belated review but I am still pleased at the customer service and treatment and our roof is of course still performing flawlessly through Helene and Milton. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated right, have a truly fair price, and have a quality roof installed quickly. Thank you to Roddie and the entire team who came to our rescue - obviously you guys did so well that it's stayed with me and I knew I had to write this review.
Epic took great care of us. The whole process was smooth, and communication with Adam through the whole process was very reassuring. We are very pleased with the work. It was only 3 days tearing off old shingles and putting on new ones. Would have only been 2 but inspection wasted a day. Very fast, efficient, and looks great! They are also affordable compared to other contractor bids I received. Thank you Epic Roofing!
I am a local home builder/remodel contractor and have worked with Epic as a vendor for the past 3 years and recently they installed a standing seam aluminum roof on my home in Alva, FL.They did a fantastic job. Their jobsite was impeccable, they met my schedule, and took care to ensure my roof turned out looking spectacular. Definitely recommend!
Epic completed our roof after hurricane damage. Even through an extremely busy hurricane season they were communicative, effective, and the job was completed seamlessly from start to finish. I really appreciate how great the process was during a stressful time. Mike S. was our project manager/superintendent and he was very thorough and paid high attention to detail. The roof was installed timely and it’s been great ever since. Highly recommend!
Competitive quote, three-person crew did a fantastic job to repair a leaky tile roof, cleaned up work area well, and was friendly as they did their work. Overall, a very good experience with EPIC.

Our new roof looks great! Joseph Cantasano was great to work with. He is friendly and responds quickly to emails & texts. We had it down to two companies for the roof replacement. While Epic was a little higher cost we went with them due to Joe and his attentiveness.
Hello my review is strictly on Mike Banks the account manager who came out to give us an estimate to replace our entire roof!He’s simply an absolute pleasure to deal with and we’ve decided to go ahead with a new roof replacement.The style shingles are very nice and they have a lot to choose from !His personality is Amazing and his knowledge going over the entire process truly makes a difference..Will definitely update with photos once our roof is completeThanks Mike for taking the time with us and answering our questions.as you made us feel very comfortable knowing we’re in good hands !

What a easy process Epic Roofing made getting a new roof.From the salesman Devin to the office staff they all were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone. These guys blew me away. Not only were they in good communication with me but they also did a fantastic job. They cleaned up so well, my yard is spotless. I came home on a rainy Wednesday afternoon and the tiles werent on. I thought, "makes sense its rainy". Then had to leave for like 4 hours and I came home and it was conpleted and looked amazing. This is a company you wan to go with.
