With over 12 years of roofing experience and 20+ years in construction, Micah is a seasoned professional in the field. During his 3 years at Epic, Micah transitioned from superintendent to Construction Manager for the North region, showcasing his leadership and expertise. His previous experience includes serving as a superintendent in the metal building division. Micah appreciates Epic’s supportive culture, where CEO Roddie encourages independent thinking while offering guidance and support when needed.
