Swan Lake Club, Naples
The project involved removing multiple existing roofing systems down to the decking, then installing a fully adhered 2” ISO taper system to ensure proper drainage. A new 60-mil TPO membrane was applied over the insulation, along with custom-fabricated wall flashing and coping caps for a watertight finish around the parapet walls. The tile roof sections were also upgraded using Eagle Bel Air tiles in Light Gray Range.
Maple Gardens
Condominiums, Fort Myers
This project involved removing 40,000 square feet of an existing double-layered 8-inch roof system and replacing it with a fully adhered insulation board topped with a granulated modified bitumen cap sheet.
Clipper Bay Condominium, Cape Coral
The existing membrane was left in place and recovered with a GAF EverGuard TPO system, installed using both mechanical attachment and heat welding. This approach provided the customer with a more economical solution while still delivering strong manufacturer and contractor warranties.
Home, Sanibel
The project included removing the existing roof, installing a 2″ ISO insulation system, and applying a fully adhered 60-mil GAF EverGuard TPO membrane. Custom-fabricated aluminum flashing was also installed to ensure long-term durability, especially in the harsh, salt-air environment.
